Varietal: 75% Semillion, 15% Sauvignon, 10% Muscadelle
Splendid bouquet of mint, accented with honey acacia, nots, lilacs and pine, a hint of hazelnut emerging. Airy on the tongue with flavors of resin and candied orange. Sweet final buttered brioche.
The palate is delicate, refined and elegant.
Serving suggestions: With this wine we recommend a terrine of foie gras, tart fruit (strawberries or apples) or surprising on a sole Norman.
